Samui Beach Villas are located in Samui Beach Village, a private luxury development of 14 beachfront and beachside villas near Hua Thanon on the south east coast of Ko Samui, near Laem Set. All of the Luxury Beach Villa accomodation is privately owned and all villas have private swimming pools. Some owners choose to use their villa entirely for their own private use whilst others prefer to rent either full time or just for part of the season. Special offers, late promotions and long term rents are at the discretion of the villa owners.
All villa owners have the opportunity to join the rental scheme run by Samui Beach Villas. The rental scheme is flexible and you can choose how much or how little your villa is available for rental. Please enquire further for details.

Baan Orchid is a 4 bedroom, three-storey luxury villa that will comfortably sleep up to eight adults. It is stunningly decorated to reflect Thai/Balinese architecture and offers a peaceful and luxurious setting for your tropical island holiday. There are stunning views of the sea, beach and hills from the second floor roof terrace. It has its own private pool and the white sandy beach is just a few yards away. The villa has ceiling fans and is air conditioned throughout.
Baan Chabaa (Villa 10)
Baan Chabaa Villa Rental
Baan Chabaa is a spacious 3 bedroom, two-storey luxury villa that will comfortably sleep up to six adults. "Chabaa" is the Thai name for the Hibiscus flower, many varieties of which can be found in the garden. It has its own private pool and the white sandy beach is just a few yards away. The villa generally has ceiling fans and is air conditioned throughout.

Each luxury beach villa has a folder with contact details, house information, holiday ideas and an index of local restaurants, attractions and entertainment. Your holiday villa rental includes the following services:
* Villa manageress on call 24 hours for emergencies through the on site villa management company.
* Airport transfers for both your arrival and departure.
* Welcome Pack which includes a selection of delicious fruits and everyday essentials such as bread, water, milk, tea and coffee etc.
* Twice weekly housekeeping, linen, bath and pool towels will be changed.
* 24 hour Security guards.
Additional services that can be arranged through the villa manageress include continental breakfasts, maids, laundry, tour bookings, taxi and car hire.
For those who prefer more formal dining then guests at Samui Beach Villas can use the X2 Resorts (pronounced "cross to") Restaurant which is on the beach adjacent to the villas. The restaurant and bar provides all day dining between 7.00am and 11.00pm. International chefs offer a wide range of fusion European and Thai dishes.
